round 3

Well, so it begins. My third semester with Up with People. Will be a little different this time around, now on road staff so I'm up for even more crazy times. I am very excited to be traveling with Cast B 2007. We have a great staff and a great bunch of students. Cast C is fabulous as well and I can't wait to see how our two casts develop over the next 6 months. We are smack in the middle of "staging" right now, which is the first 4 weeks in Denver where we put the show together and get everyone prepared to hit the road. We've already had great guest speakers, our first Community Impact Day, 2 amazing culture jams (like a talent show) and a lot of fun times. Cast B hits the road on August 5th to stay overnight in Gallup, New Mexico and then we're on to Tucson to reunite with Cast C and a bunch of alumni for a busy, but I'm sure amazing week.

However, there is more to life than UWP, although it doesn't always seem it at times. I have been having a great time with my friends and family since I've been home. Kelly has moved into a great place in Denver so we've had a lot of fun catching up and spending time being crazy single ladies together. I'm gonna miss here when its time to hit the road again. However, we will have a great reunion with all our college peeps at Katie's wedding in September- can't wait!. Okay, well that's all for now. Promise to update more often now that I'm back into the swing of things...
